Roast Chickpeas

I have been making these for so long now (pre-Veganuary). If I need something to nibble on they are the perfect high protein, vegetarian or vegan snack. They also make the most excellent salad croutons.
Ingredients:
1 tin Chickpeas
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
Method:
1. Heat the oven to 180
2. Mix the chickpeas and oil together until well coated and spread out on a tray
3. Bake for 35 mins, shaking the tray after 15 mins.
Eat plain once cooled, or add some spices and herbs. 1 tsp of smoked paprika, tossed through is a personal fave.
